• Why my order has been shipped and delivered later?

  ○ NARS will deliver the order within two (2) to three (3) business days from when order is dispatched. Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Timelines start from order dispatch. Order delivery may face delays during promotional or sale activity, sale season. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
  ○ Orders are delivered daily excluding public holidays and weekends. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in specific but without limitation on weekends. Please note the courier will make up to four phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you. And up to three (3) attempts to deliver before your order will be sent back to us.

• When I will receive my order and when will I be charged?

  ○ Rest assured, we do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible and will keep you informed throughout the entire order process. Regarding the order amount, it will be only debited after shipping.

• Can I modify or cancel my order?

  ○ Unfortunately, once your order has been confirmed, we don't have the possibility to modify it. Please contact our team here if you would like to cancel your order.

• Can I return my order?

  ○ To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on within a maximum thirty (30) day period from receiving the order, a customer service agent will assist you with your return request and arrange pick-up by courier.
